Things to remeber: It's mainly about your arms.. make sure you wind your arms up to spin.


Step 1: Roll at a slow speed and wind your arms back. Bend your knees and duck low


Step 2: Swing your arms and when your shoulders are in the normal postion ollie. The weight movment from your arms should cause you to spin. Pull your front foot behind you to help the rotation of the board.


Step 3: As the board starts to land push your weight down on the front foot and if you havn't rotated the full 180, do a slight pivot to comensate.
