Re: shuv outs

im not writing that yikes but with shuv outs of manual, practice doing them from tail stall to get the feeling, their actually really easy after a while. think of them of a normal shuvit and just jump, stay over the board, and its all in your back foot. dont lean to back when you do, stay over the board as if you were in a manual throught the shuvit. do lean back to give it more spin, just stay over the board and everything should work out. i dont gring to often, but it would probably be about the same way.

Re: shuv outs

just keep trying the manual shove out, but do the shove-it when you are still really balanced. doing it on carpet first would help a lot, I think.

and for the front board, first learn them to fakie then for the shove just kinda do that  motion but then body varial back. they can be really hard sometimes.

what's a sig?
