Hi Kuya's!! Happy Valentine's day to everyone!!
Hi everyone, I'm the latest member here.. I'm Mark and I'm from Philippines. I love to skate even though I don't have my own skateboard. I'm a big fan of "papa Rodney" (does it sounds gay? haha).. That's why I'm here haha.. Hope you guys have a great time this Valentine's day..

Don't they hate white people in the Philippines? Or at least hate outsiders? Maybe hate isn't the right word... but don't they at least dislike them?
Anyway welcome to the site.

Not sure if they hate white people, but there are those that don't like westerners....especially Americans. My understanding is it pertains to mainly some of the Muslim population in the country. That's why there are travel advisories about going there.
There is a low grade civil war of sorts going on between some of the extreme Muslim groups and the majority christian government forces.
Better living through chemicals. 8)

It's been a pretty long time since I read about this, but now that you mention it I think that's pretty accurate. Religious divides seem to be a pretty consistent cause of conflict.
